AI copilot for K–12 counselors & teachers
Wiillow is a school-first AI platform for counselors and teachers. Counselors get an AI Session Planner that turns student check-ins and notes into research-backed plans and assessments, while teachers get AI Support Plans with homeroom activities, parent-meeting notes, and home-practice ideas
Wiillow is a school-first AI platform that helps K–12 counselors and teachers deliver mental-health support and everyday well-being care. It turns short student voice check-ins and educator notes into counseling plans, next steps, and classroom activities, grounded in evidence-based exercises and assessments.
With a kid-friendly tablet app, students share how they feel in guided sessions, and AI Session Planner plus AI Support Plans turn that input into suggested activities and progress check-ins for counselors and teachers. Co-designed with educators and child development experts, Wiillow provides schools with a safe AI copilot to build daily mental health habits.
Turning student voice into meaningful support at school
Playful app for student voice check-ins
Kids interact with friendly characters on tablets to share how they feel and try short, guided mental health activities.
AI Session Planner for counselors
Turns student voice check-ins and counselor notes into per-student plans with activities and assessments, reducing prep time and keeping everything in one place.
AI Support Plans for teachers
Teachers receive ready-to-use homeroom activities, talking points with parents, and home-practice ideas, so well-being support becomes a simple part of daily classroom life.
Supporting school counselors & educators
You know student well-being matters, but making support consistent is hard. Counselors face growing caseloads and limited time, teachers juggle full classrooms, and families want to help but aren’t always sure how. It’s a lot.
Wiillow gives schools a simple way to capture student voice and turn it into daily, research-backed support. Short guided check-ins and activities flow into AI-generated plans and summaries that help counselors and teachers see who needs help, what to do next, and how students are changing over time.
